This was the first Strategic Conference for the whole of Traditional Performing Arts in the region, and was intended to respond to sector and member needs.

The meeting sought to
- find solutions to problems
-  bring people into new consortia to work and seek funding together
-  define the needs of the community and identify ways SEFAN can help.
