Rócas is a youthful concoction of young talented artists that produce a sound unlike many on the circuit. With a mix of traditional tunes, soulful singing and funky rhythms the overall effect is a lively creation of music which will soon have you up and bopping about. With step dancing, singing and music all playing a part in each performance there is something for everyone. Debut album due for release in April.

Golconda have a distinct sound, born from both traditional British roots and modern world musical influence. The percussion that underpins the band's melodies is a cajon, an instrument used originally in flamenco but ideally suited to the youthful vibrancy of Golconda. As four accomplished musicians Golconda provide a solid performance in traditional roots and modern original folk, helping to push forward the boundaries of this beautiful genre of music.

Lunic are a down-to-earth folk duo from Kent comprising a fiddle accompanied by acoustic guitar or electronic harpsichord. Their traditional style ranges from modern eclectic folk, through English, Scandinavian, Breton and Irish tunes. Lunic host a range of different feels to their music. They can be uplifting, thoughtful or even regal. They play at all kinds of venues and events, from cafes at festivals such as Glastonbury and the Glade, to ceilidhs, pubs, outdoor events and indoor functions.

Irene Shettle and Marian Button both unaccompanied singers.
Irene and Marian are both previous winners of the well-respected Song Competition of the National Folk Music Festival, specializing in the performance of English traditional unaccompanied song, and having a very wide repertoire between them of songs of pathos, lost love, tragedy and joy - in short, songs that reflect the human condition. Irene has staged two shows on the work of the Victorian folksong collector Lucy Broadwood at the Electric Theatre in Guildford, and guested at the West Sussex Festival of Christmas 2004 in Horsham, while Marian has been a featured performer at Tenterden Folk Festival in 2004 & 2005.

Karen Tweed (England - accordion) and Kerry Fletcher (England - dance) Playing for folk dance and folk dancing for playing - a curious visit to interactive solos. Karen and Kerry were part of the 4K Plot commissioned by the Sage Gateshead and PRS Foundation in November 2004 which was staged at the Baltic Art Centre in Gateshead. This led to further work teaching interactive dance / music ensembles and their own ideas to create new work within this duo.
